Pollen is a product collected by bees from different flowers. It is the richest natural food in protein, vitamins, amino acids, hormones, enzymes and other useful ingredients for our food. How much pollen to eat each day?
Thirty-five grams of pollen (one tablespoon) per day, cover our daily needs of protein, vitamins and minerals. The consumption of pollen should start with a little dose just for getting used to the stomach. The proposed dose for the first period of use is a teaspoon daily for about a week and gradually increase to a tablespoon. The consumption of pollen should be continued without interruption for 4-6 months depending on the needs and response of each individual. Pollen is consumed as it is or dissolved in water or beverage.
